Founder & Partner Madhurima Boyapati Paturi is able to assist clients in all aspects of U.S. Immigration Law, from business based immigration to family based immigration. Born and raised in India, she graduated from law school from S K University in India, and then began practicing law at the High Court in India. Upon emigrating to the United States in 2004, she pursued and received her L.L.M. degree in Intercultural Human Rights, from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. While at St. Thomas she also worked as an editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Mrs. Boyapati then received her law license from the State of Washington, allowing her to practice before all Immigration Courts and offices in the United States. She immediately put this license to good use, working as a attorney for Catholic Charities. After working for Catholic Charities, Mrs. Boyapati then fulfilled her dream of opening up her own law practice Paturi Law in 2007, concentrating solely on the practice of Immigration law. In addition to her law practice, Mrs.Boyapati is actively engaged in the community by speaking on various issues, including complex immigration issues, women’s and children’s rights, diversity in law firms. Currently, Mrs. Boyapati is the Member of Washington State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Legal chair for American Telugu Association and also Past Immigration Committee Chair for the South Asian Bar Association of North America, and is the President for the South Asian Bar Association – Florida chapter. She won many awards including recent award as a Trend Setter of the Year from Indian Chamber. In addition, Mrs. Boyapati is the founder and President of ShakthiUS, an organization based in Florida that is dedicated to to provide a space for survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse with a focus on the south asian community. By providing a safe space and culturally sensitive resources shakthi assist families in building independent lives free of violence.

Mrs.Boyapati resides in Orlando, Florida with her attorney husband Venkata, daughter Keerthana and son Krishna.

Mr. Nallamothu Srinivasa Rao is a highly experienced advocate with a successful practice in Hyderabad. Graduating with a law degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, he embarked on his journey as an advocate in the year 1998 and since then, he has amassed an impressive 25 years of valuable experience in the legal industry.

Srinivas’s areas of expertise encompass a wide range of legal fields. His primary focus lies in handling civil matters and family matters. Moreover, he has established himself as a go-to expert in real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, and skilfully drafting various agreements such as leave & license, sale deeds, and lease deeds. He also provides comprehensive advice and assistance to companies concerning documentation, registration, and stamp duty aspects. His proficiency extends to drafting and reviewing crucial documents related to real estate ventures. Notably, Srinivas has represented numerous companies in matters pertaining to title reports, documentation, as well as the development of SEZs and integrated townships.
